Who we are
Mystery Customer Insight is a mystery shopping and customer experience agency working across the United States, the European Union and the United Arab Emirates.
Mystery Customer Insight is a brand of the non-profit organization GROMADSKA ORGANIZATSIYA "POGOVORIMO" (NGO "POGOVORIMO"), EDRPOU 44818137, registered in Ukraine. That organization is the legal entity behind this site and the data controller for the personal data described below; the brand name has no separate legal personality.
Information we collect
- Enquiries — the name, company, work email, main market and message you send through the contact form. This is the only personal data you actively give us on this site.
- Shopper applications — if you apply to work as a mystery shopper, the city, languages and availability you include in that same form.
- Technical data — the country code and browser user agent that accompany your submission, kept with the enquiry so we can answer in the right language and detect abuse.
- Analytics and ads measurement — pages visited, device and browser information and interaction patterns, collected through Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement, and only after you consent.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and scope the work you ask about.
- To assess and contact applicants for shopper assignments.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it, with consent.
- To prevent spam and abuse of the contact form.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and the site itself is served from Cloudflare’s network. Google receives analytics and ads measurement data only after you accept cookies. Each provider processes data under its own terms. We do not sell your personal information.

Analytics and ads measurement load only after you accept through our cookie banner; both are denied by default using Google Consent Mode v2. See the Cookie Policy to change your choice at any time.
Retention
Enquiries and applications are kept while we are in contact with you and for as long as we need them to run the relationship, then deleted. Ask us and we will delete yours sooner.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, export or deletion of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Use the contact page — it is the only channel we publish, and requests sent through it reach the people who can act on them. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Children
The site is meant for business contacts and for shopper applicants aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
When this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page.
