Mystery Customer Insight is a brand of the non-profit organization GROMADSKA ORGANIZATSIYA "POGOVORIMO" (NGO "POGOVORIMO"), EDRPOU 44818137, registered in Ukraine, which operates this site and sets the cookie choices described below.

Mystery Customer Insight uses two kinds of cookies and similar technologies.

Necessary — always on

One entry in your browser’s local storage records your cookie choice so we do not ask again on every page. It cannot be turned off, because without it the site would have no way to remember that you declined.

Analytics and ads — optional

Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads measurement (tag G-1XCYQE2L8Z) help us see how much traffic the site gets, which pages are read and how campaigns perform. They are denied by default through Google Consent Mode v2 and load only after you accept.

Managing your choice

You can change your decision at any time. Reopening the banner resets consent to denied until you choose again; you can also clear cookies and site data through your browser settings.
