How we work

Every programme runs through the same six stages
No dashboards to learn. No fieldwork you cannot trace back to evidence.

1. Scoping

We turn your standards into a questionnaire: what a shopper must observe, what counts as a pass, and which moments carry the most weight.

2. Shopper selection

Shoppers are matched to your customer profile, then briefed and tested on the scenario before they are cleared for the visit.

3. Fieldwork

Visits happen in the agreed window, in person or by phone, web and chat. Evidence is captured as it happens, not reconstructed later.

4. Quality control

Every report is reviewed against the evidence before it reaches you. Anything unclear goes back to the shopper or gets re-shopped.

5. Reporting

You get the scored visits, the raw evidence, and a short read of what changed since the previous wave — by location, region and question.

6. Next wave

Findings feed the following brief, so each wave measures whether the fixes you made actually landed with customers.

What you receive

  • Scored visit reports with photo, receipt and timing evidence
  • Location, region and question-level comparisons across waves
  • Verbatim shopper narratives, not just numbers
  • Raw data export for your own BI tooling

What shapes a quote

We scope and quote per programme rather than publishing a rate card, because these five things move the number more than anything else:

  • Number of locations and visits per wave
  • Markets and languages involved
  • Scenario complexity and length of each visit
  • Evidence required: photo, audio, purchase, refund cycle
  • Reporting cadence and level of analysis
